City of Cayce Releases Housing Study

In Cayce, growth means smart planning and protection of our existing neighborhoods.

In the City of Cayce, growth is met with proactive planning, wise investment and good policies. Today, the City released the Cayce Housing Study and stated:

“Cayce wishes to grow intentionally and with a proper balance of our rich history and exciting future. This is why Cayce leaders chose to study the housing market and how it would impact our Cayce resources, community and existing neighborhoods.

The Cayce Housing Study provides business leaders and developers detailed data to help them make informed decisions that will capitalize on all the great things Cayce has to offer. It also provides recommendations that will ensure the City meets current and future housing demand, while ensuring we protect and maintain the character of our existing neighborhoods.”
