PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Cayce Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a regularly scheduled meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on November 15, 2021, at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Special Exception SE001-21

A request by the applicant, Tiffany Johnson, a Special Exception to operate a childcare center in an M-2 (Heavy Industrial) zoning district. The property is located at 1146 Walter Price Road (TMS 005797-01-014).

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing. The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.

Questions regarding this matter and/or review of documents relating to them are available for public inspection in the office of Planning and Development, City of Cayce.

 

PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Cayce Planning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on November 15, 2021, at 6:30 P.M. at City Hall, 1800 Twelfth Street Extension. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on the following:

Cayce Comprehensive Plan 2020 - 2030

A request by Staff to revise and update the current Cayce Comprehensive Plan: 2010 – 2020. To meet the requirements of the 1994 South Carolina Planning Act, the Cayce Comprehensive Plan, including all elements of it, must be updated at least once every ten years.

The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing. The Planning Commission is a recommending body only and final action is by City Council.
